The Beyond Journey is a tour and travel company offering customised travel experiences, packages, and booking services.

2. Booking and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

• A deposit or full payment (as specified) is required at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid within the timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.

• Payments can be made via accepted methods listed on our website (e.g. bank transfer, card, PayPal).

Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and loss of any deposit.

3. Prices and Inclusions

All prices are quoted in PKR (Rs) unless otherwise stated.
They include services explicitly mentioned in your booking confirmation, such as accommodation, transportation, tours, and meals (where applicable).

Prices may change due to factors beyond our control, including currency fluctuations, taxes, and supplier rate changes.
We will notify you of any significant changes before confirming your booking.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

By the Customer:

• Cancellations must be made in writing (via email).

• Refunds, if applicable, depend on the time of cancellation before the departure date:

  • 60+ days: Full refund minus service fees

  • 30–59 days: 50% refund

  • Less than 30 days: No refund

By The Beyond Journey:

We reserve the right to cancel or amend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political instability, or insufficient tour participants.
In such cases, you will receive a full refund or an alternative travel option.

5. Travel Documents and Insurance

It is your responsibility to ensure you have valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and other necessary documents before travel.
The Beyond Journey is not liable for denied boarding, entry, or other issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation.

We strongly recommend that all travellers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and personal belongings.

6. Responsibilities and Liability

The Beyond Journey acts as an agent between clients and independent suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, and transport providers).
We do not own or operate these services directly and are not liable for acts, omissions, or defaults of third parties.

While we take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip, The Beyond Journey shall not be held responsible for:

• Delays, cancellations, or schedule changes caused by airlines or transport providers.

• Loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings.

• Injuries, illnesses, or accidents occurring during travel.

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific booking.

7. Changes to Itineraries

We strive to follow the agreed itinerary; however, minor changes may occur due to weather, local events, or operational needs.
In such cases, equivalent alternatives will be provided without additional cost.

8. Customer Conduct

We expect all clients to behave respectfully towards guides, staff, and fellow travellers.
We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a trip for inappropriate or dangerous behaviour without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, images, and materials on thebeyondjourney.com are the intellectual property of The Beyond Journey.
They may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
