Hey there! I’m David Leiter, an American who’s been traveling the world full time for 9 years now. My second home is Bali with my wife Intan, but our journeys take us to destinations all over the world.
The latest place in Indonesia that’s been compared to Jurassic Park is Nuca Molas, a little island off the coast of Flores with wild and exotic scenery.
It’s well worth a visit if you’re road tripping through Flores, going to Komodo, or planning to visit the nearby village of Wae Rebo.
The scenery on this island is spectacular, and you can climb the lighthouse or hike one of the hills for better views of the mountains in the middle. The location is a bit remote, but that keeps the crowds away!
